My Journey began more than twenty years ago in the city of Chicago while working in the kitchen of my family's restaurant. It was there that I learned some of the secrets to making great Mexican food. In 1993, my journey brought me to Waukesha, WI, where I owned and operated my first Mexican restaurant. By 1998, I extended my services to the public and opened a second restaurant, El Jardin, in Janesville, WI. This journey has provided me with the experience necessary to prepare some of the most authentic Mexican recipes using the finest ingredients and spices. Our selection of meats, vines and coffees is reflective of the high standards of quality to which we operate.
